In collaboration with World Learning, Right to Play, and IDEAs, CARE International was bidding for the Let Girl’s Learn Grant in Pakistan and required a consulting firm’s services to support the research, strategy, and development process for the finalization of a proposal. To execute this exercise, VTT immersed itself into CARE’s organizational systems and structures, collected evidence of CARE’s global best practices on education and the Accelerated Learning Program, and accordingly developed the technical and financial proposals’ content. VTT Team successfully carried out extensive desk research and consultations with CARE’s local team, U.S., and consortium partners to develop a winning concept note within a limited period.
