Project Description:The Ilm Ideas 2 program, a four-year-long project funded by DFID, is an education innovation program designed for Pakistan. The program seeks to improve education outcomes by providing financial and technical support to organizations to help them take their proven solutions to scale.
Cambridge Education, the program’s fund manager, has commissioned VTT to assist with data collection for Ilm Ideas 2. VTT was responsible for conducting the baseline and endline data collection with the three project grantees to measure the impact on education outcomes of solutions (projects) being taken to scale with support from Ilm Ideas 2. The data collected was then used to evaluate the extent of the Ilm Ideas 2 program outcomes.
