Project Description: To carry out an in-depth analysis and market review for the stagnation of revenue growth of Etisalat Afghanistan, that required looking into the infrastructure (outreach), network readiness, commercial packages, and distribution channels, market segmentation, and campaigns, along with the billing strategy of revenue for different consumers.
VTT team, alongside Booz & Co, deployed a quick win team in Pakistan. The experts’ team was involved in diagnosing the current situation in E.A. The experts carried out detailed data analysis and business analysis to identify problems. The data from previous years were collated and analyzed to identify the pain points of strategy implementation and identify a long list of strategic, quick wins that can address the short-term situation. VTT was able to deliver quick-win solutions to Etisalat.
