Assessment of Multi-Year Humanitarian Programme (MYHP) in Pakistan, in two areas of monitoring and evaluation, assisting in understanding and analyzing the programme, articulating the objectives, and substantive accountability

Description: The MYHP is an over 7-year £120 million programme (Dec 2014 – Dec 2021) funded by FCDO to reach at least two million people to reduce the impact of humanitarian disasters; in 2021, the programme reached over 4 million people with interventions covering WASH, livelihoods support, protection, and shelter. VTT was hired to conduct community-level beneficiary feedback surveys, focus group discussions, key informant interviews, and participatory outcome harvesting workshops to gather, verify, validate, and evaluate programme outputs and outcomes.
