Project Description: VTT will conduct a baseline and end-line evaluation of the pilot project that aims to introduce blended e-learning to 25,000 male and female students across 200 classrooms from grades 1-10 in 60 rural and urban public schools of the federal capital, Islamabad. Before the start of the project, VTT will collect information on the current status of learning in the federal capital, determine priority areas and estimate the impact of the intervention. And, at the end of the two years, VTT will collect data to measure, compare and analyze the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact, and sustainability of the intervention against the baseline value. Additionally, this evaluation activity will seek to systematically document the pilot project’s learnings and highlight the different EdTech tools Pakistan can harness to deliver better quality of education.
