Third Party Validation of Basic Education Community Schools Project

Project Description: MOFE&PT hired the services of VTT to scrutinize and authenticate the two prior validation activities carried out by BECS, the overall internal validation and provinces’ independent validation, by performing a third-party validation of the BECS operated schools in Sindh and KP. The validation will include a comparison of BECS internal school validation data with the provincial education department school validation data of BECS schools and will include the following sub-components: GPS Coordinates, Verification of Teachers Names, CNIC and Bank Accounts, Validation of Teacher Honorarium with Bank Statements, Percentage of Girls Enrolled, Total Student Enrolment, Learning Losses due to COVID-19 Pandemic, Impact of Tele-learning and Schools’ Effectiveness and Smoothness of Educational Processes.
