(b) understand the extent to which the government can partner with USAID/Pakistan on such interventions to enable scale and sustainability;
(c) develop a better understanding of the actions and strategies that the government is taking to implement the National Action Plan (NAP) so that supporting activities may be designed.
The study will be conducted simultaneously in 4 districts in Southern Punjab – Bahawalpur, Multan, Lodhran, Muzaffargarh; and Islamabad and Lahore.
VTT’s researchers first conducted desk-based research to address the assignment’s fundamental questions.
