Project Description: The provision of municipal services such as water supply and sewage collection and disposal has a direct and immediate effect on the health and quality of life of the people living in a community. Considering VTT’s previous experience in conducting WASH Evaluations, MSI contracted VTT to provide technical and logistical support necessary to conduct a household survey of approximately 160 households and structured observations of 20-25 neighborhood or ward committees in Jacobabad, Sindh. The exercise was conducted to measure the understanding of personal hygiene and sanitation mechanism of the local community.
